The Illinois Works for the Future campaign began as a collaborative effort between the Chicago Jobs Council, the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law and the Center for Tax and Budget Accountability. It has become a large statewide coalition that is working to ensure that everyone can receive the training and education that they need to be able to earn a living family income. We are striving to make Illinois the best place for individuals and families to live and work and for businesses to operate and compete in a 21st century global economy.
